Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing bilateral extraction of impacted mandibular 3rd molars (based on Pederson difficulty index) 2.Patients who are certified fit for surgery by physician (based on ASA classification) 3.Patients’ cooperative to Clinical and radiological follow up for the study duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not fit for surgical procedures (based on ASA classification) 2.Patients’ non-cooperative to the study 3.Patients on contraceptive pills or pregnancy 4.Personal habits – tobacco chewing, smoking or chronic alcoholism
