Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NYHA class II & III Ejection fraction more than 40 percent No history of nervous system disease Informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertensive Disease Coronary Artery Disease Infective endocarditis Diabetes COPD Haematogenic and Immune Systemic Disease Perioperative Steroid Therapy
