Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all babies who are born with birth weight less than/equal to 1800 grams, hemodynamically stable, with informed and written consent of the parents who is willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: babies with birth weight more than 1800 grams babies, who parents not giving consent families who are not willing to participate and come for regular follow up babies who require transfer to other hospitals parents planning to shift somewhere else in near future
