Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After obtaining approval from institutional ethics committee and informed written consent will be taken from all 100 patients. Patients of ASA grade â?? I, ASA grade II Age group 18-60 years of either sex. BMI MPG â?? 1&2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patient refusal or not giving consent. • Limited oral opening • Limited cervical extension • Short thyromental distance • Mpg â?? 3&4 • Pregnant women • Patient with Co morbidities • Seizure disorder ASA grade III,IV,V

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate ease of tracheal intubation. To evaluate time taken for intubation. To evaluate number of attempts that will be taken for successful intubation Timepoint: we will measure intubation difficulty score & airway difficulty score at time of intubation & vitals monitoring done at 1,5,15,30 minutes after intubation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate first attempt success rate in both laryngoscopes. To evaluate desaturation% & hemodynamic differences while performing laryngoscopy with both laryngoscopes. To evaluate the complications of using both laryngoscopes within limitations of both laryngoscopes. Timepoint: we will measures outcomes at 1,5,15,30 minutes after the intubation.
