Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consenting medical officers in the study area. All consenting patients aged more than 18 years in the study area diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infections/ acute diarrhoea. All assenting parents of children/patients 14-18 years in the study area diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infections/ acute diarrhoea. All consenting parents of children aged less than 14 years in the study area diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infections/ acute diarrhoea.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who did not give consent to participate. AYUSH medical officers will not be included. Those who have already been prescribed medications for same illness. Children aged less than 14 years visiting health centres without parents.
