Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre diabetic with insulin resistance and who yet to start medicine FBS >110 mg/dl 140 mg/dl Individual ready to abide by study procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 20 and above 55 years. Taking medicine for prediabetes and other clinical condition i.e., PCOS, Dyslipidemia CAD, IHD, MI. Subject having Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, secondary diabetes due to endocrinal disturbances. FBS > 126 mg/dl and PPBS > 200 mg/dl Individual not ready to abide by study procedure.
