Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA physical status I and II. 2 Age between 1 to 12 years. 3 Patients undergoing elective surgeries like hernia repair, hypospdiasis repair, Circumcision and brief procedures like cystoscopy under general anesthesia with caudal epidural anaesthesia. 4 Patients giving consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 operation time expected >4 hours 2 risk of aspiration, 3 known difficult airway 4 congenital malformations involving respiratory tract 5 cervical spine disease
