Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years requiring ICU admission with septic shock without established AKI (as per SEPSIS – 3 DEFINITION)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients less than 18 years of age, more than 80 years of age. 2. Inability to perform RRI 3. Established AKI according to KDIGO Classification 4. Dialysis dependency 5. Renal transplantation 6. Known renal artery stenosis 7. Pregnancy 8. Single-kidney 9. kidney tumor
