Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elders who are willing to participate Elders who are able to walk for 30 minutes Elders with cognitive decline categorized as mild, moderate and severe

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elders With physical and mental disabilities Elders with mood swings, alzhiemerâ??s disease, mania Elders who are under those medications which suppresses movements Elders with sensory impairment such as visual and hearing impairment Elders who are bed ridden Elders diagnosed with Dementia Elders with history of stroke
