Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional players with >3 years of experience Male in gender The age group of 18-30 years Seated flexion test Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent hamstring injury e.g. sprain (with at least 6-month duration). Any other recent history of lower limb injury Any cardiac, respiratory, or neurological disease. Any Open wound, recent fracture in the lower limb. Taking muscle relaxant
