Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with PVD of age (18-65) Patients with PVD- male and female Patients being admitted in AVBRH for gangrene All patients with Pre- gangrenous conditions. All patients with gangrenous conditions in the upper limb All patients with gangrenous conditions in the lower limb Patients with arterial ischemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who suffered from traumatic gangrene Patients with venous obstruction Other than vascular reasons. Patients who arenâ??t willing Patients not fit for study due to unethical factors

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
prevalence of risk factors for gangrene will include age, presence of comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension.Timepoint: 0,7,15 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The level of amputation will be decided on the level of demarkation , viability of vascularity & perfusion.Timepoint: 0,7,15 days
