Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescents age- 10-19 years 2.BMI >27kgm2 (obese) 3.Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI 2.Adolescents diagnosed with other co-morbidities: Diabetes(type-I), CKD, cardiovascular disease. 3.Obese adolescents on medical treatment or dietary modification. 4.Subjects not willing to participate
