Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both gender of 18-60 years belonging to ASA I-II grades undergoing elective surgery under subarachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All ASA III and IV Patients Patients with spinal deformities Local skin infections Coagulation disorders Impaired renal or respirator disorders History of allergy to drugs to be used Cardiovascular or respiratoy disorder BMI >30 kg/m²
