Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 All patients scheduled for elective surgery and requiring general anaesthesia with direct laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal or not giving consent Pregnancy Patient with comorbidities Seizure disorder ASA grade 3,4,5,E
