Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I and II 2.Age 18 to 70 years 3.Health and Intact Incisors 4.Modified Mallampati Grade I and II 5.No artificial dentures and no loose teeth 6.Noraml Neck extension and flexion 7.No dislocation of temporomandibular joint 8.Normal Upper Lip bite test 9.Requiring General Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Absent Teeth 2.Artificial dentures 3.BMI >30 4.Cervical Spine Disease 5.Difficult Airway
