Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patent lacrimal passage Age > 50 years Horizontal lower lid laxity > 6mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior lower lid surgery Patients with dry eye, trichiasis, blepharitis, skin scarring, conjunctivochalasis, meibomitis Uncontrolled systemic illness One eyed patients
