Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individuals having sign and symptoms of sthaulya at least 4 of the subjective criteria individuals falling under obese person according to the criteria of WHO individuals following predesigned diet and exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals with renal hepatic and cardiac disorder individuals with long term medication of obesity or any other individuals with mental or hormonal disorder pregnant and lactating women

â?¢Percent change in body weight individually (5%) â?¢At least five percent of the participants will show weight loss. â?¢Percentage of participant who have achieved equal or more than 5% body weight reduction Timepoint: 0 day & 90th day with follow ups every 15 days
