Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients belonging to physical status grade 1 and 2 according to American society of Anaesthesiologists system

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of tranexamic acid allergy. 2. Deranged liver or renal functions. 3. Patients with history of significant thromboembolic episodes or coagulopathy.
