Inclusion criteria: For Patients: Married, Diagnosis of OCD, Minimum Six Months of Marriage, Individual who can read or write either English or Assamese For Spouse: Married, Minimum Six Months of Marriage and who can read or write either English or Assamese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For Patients: Other Psychiatric Psychiatric Comorbidity For Wife: Chronic Illness
