Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Faculty members who have achieved their learning curve and have performed at least 20 open thyroidectomy and 50 modified radical mastectomy and residents of department of surgical disciplines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing established musculoskeletal disorders, non - consenting candidates and non â?? compliant with the prescribed intervention

To study the feasibility of using bio feedback for optimisation of muscle activity while performing open thyroidectomy & modified radical mastectomy and to study the musculoskeletal workload amongst the first and second assistant surgeons using NASA-TLX questionnaire.
