Intervention1: Group S: Same anaesthesiologist on both preoperative visits in ward a day prior to surgery and on morning of surgery Intervention2: Group-S: Patient will be attended by the same anaesth

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting female patients between 18-60 years of age undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under General Anaesthesia will be assessed for eligibility and included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of past surgeries, was exposed to theatre environment prior, mental illness and inability to comprehend questionnaires.

Pre-operative anxiety of the patients will be assessed using APAIS scoreTimepoint: APAIS score will be assessed day prior to surgery in ward during pre anaesthetic checkup i.e. baseline and on the morning of surgery before starting of surgery	—

1.Postoperative pain will be assessed via a Numeric Rating Scale for Pain (NRS-P). 2.Time to reach Modified Aldrete score â?¥ 9. 3.Patient satisfaction to anaesthesia by using Likert scale. 4.Quality of Recovery using QoR-15 questionnaire.Timepoint: 1.Postoperative pain will be assessed via a Numeric Rating Scale for Pain (NRS-P) rated at the end of 1st, 3rd,6th, 12th & 24th hour after completion of surgery. 2.Time to reach Modified Aldrete score â?¥9 in post anaesthesia care unit. 3.Patient satisfaction to anaesthesia by using Likert scale will be assessed just before shifting the patient from PACU (Post Anaesthesia Care Unit). 4.Quality of Recovery at the end of day 1 of surgery using QoR-15 questionnaire.	—
