Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Athletes Of Age 15-25 Years. 2.Athletes Actively Involved In Sports For More Than 3Years in competitive sports. 3.Athletes Must Have Played At Least District Level. 4.Should Be Involved In Competitive Sports. 5.Should Be Having Normal BMI (Asian pacific classification for BMI) 6.Athlete should be able to run backwards without any fall for 20m.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any Recent Injuries Of Upper Limb, Lower Limb And spine 2.With Required Hospitalization Within Last 6 Months 3.History Of Any Head Injury 4.Any Major Illness Which Requires Hospitalization
