Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants that require midline exploratory laparatomy either emergency or elective

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Patients not willing for study Patients requiring 2 or more surgeries through same incision within the period initial 30 post operative days
