Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing treatment for Diabetes mellitus Patients holding reports of either high blood glucose level or Hba1c value above 7 Patients with symptoms of polurea, polyphagia, polydipsia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who does not know their date, time and place of Birth Patients who undergo treatment for other associated disease conditions such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, hypothyroidism etc.,
