Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either gender aged more than 18 years. 2. ASA I and II 3. Elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia for >60mins. 4. Non laparoscopic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant female History of gastro esophageal reflux disease surgeries requiring prone and lateral position obese patients (patients with BMI >30) Patients with history of pulmonary and cardiac conditions Anticipated difficult airway
