Inclusion criteria: Infertile men attending Andrology laboratory for routine semen evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adult male above 55 years age and male with azoospermia and severe oligoasthenospermia

The present study is expected to help us in optimizing cryopreservation protocol where we can maintain the DNA integrity of the reproductive cells after the freeze-thaw process which is considered to be very critical component of the gametes.Timepoint: Three years

The results of the study will be beneficial to understand the impact of zinc oxide on sperm cryopreservation.Timepoint: One week
