Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known cases of mild to moderate depressive disorders based on ICD-11. Age between 18 to 60. Both Genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any other physical or mental illness apart from mild to moderate depression. Patients of sub normal intelligence. Patients not giving written inform consent. Patients with active suicidal edge.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the signs and symptoms of depressive disorders by regular yogic interventions. Timepoint: 10 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
recovery in the signs & symptoms along with improved well beingTimepoint: 3 months;To study the strength of Agni in Depressive Disorders. Timepoint: 1 year
