Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adolescent patients and adults whose mid- palatal suture has matured.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with craniofacial anomalies, obvious facial asymmetry. Patients having nasal diseases. Patients with systemic diseases.
