Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients giving consent to participate in the study. Anxiety with or without other minor non debilitating ailment such as IBD, gastric disorders, respiratory disease etc. Patients having anxiety for minimum 6 months. Patients till moderate criteria of GAD 7 scale. Patients who have anxiety or worry with 3 or more symptoms of GAD written in DSM V-TR will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient taking any treatment for Anxiety. A confirmed diagnosis of any other known mental disorder. Patients taking anti-depressant medicine. Any other condition requiring emergency or surgical intervention.
