Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Patients showing classical symptoms of Anidra like Shiroshula Gaurav, Jrumbha, Angamarda, Glani Tandra, Alasya etc. since 10-20days. •Patients irrespective of Gender, Religion, Socio-economic status. •Willing to give inform consent and able to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Drug or Alcohol induced sleep disorders. •Known history of Schizophrenia and other major mental disorders. •Anidra caused by other serious medical conditions. •Patients undergoing psychiatric treatment. •Non co-operative patients.
