Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: . Patients who have undergoing type -1 Tympanoplasty for Chronic otitis media mucosal disease at Sir. T hospital, Bhavnagar during the data collection period November 2022 to June 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cholesteatoma on otoscopic and microscopic examination, middle ear ossicular necrosis found intraoperatively 2. Pre operative sensory neural hearing loss 3. patients with systemic illness like Diabetes, Hypertension , Thyroid disorder, Immunosuppressive disease by clinical history 4. >1year duration of discharge 5. patients who give negative consent for taking part in study
