Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who have complained of cardinal and associated features of gingivitis namely bright red or bluish discolouration of gingiva,swollen gingiva, soft consistency of gingiva, halitosis, spontaneous bleeding or bleeding on provocation and plaque deposition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Gingivitis having hyperplasia or neoplasia. 2) Hemorrhagic disorders 3) subjects having uncontrolled diabetes. ie, having HbA1c more than 7% are excluded. 4) subjects having gingival lesions modified by medications and malnutrition. 5) subjects who are under medicines like aspirin and other blood thinners.
