Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Tidy wound-surgical incision and wound caused by sharp object 2. Clean healthy wound without any tissue loss 3. Clean incised wound 4. Lacerated wound 5. Abrasion 6. Superficial wound 7. Partial thickness 8. Simple wound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe bleeding 2.Accidental wound 3.UNTIDY WOUND-Crushing, tearing, vascular injury, multiple irregular wound 4.Fracture of the underlying bone may be present 5.Crush injury 6. Deep wound -extending deeper across deep fascia into muscles or deeper structures. 7. Chronic wound – i) Typical –Ischemic wound ii) Atypical -Auto immune disorder -Neurotrophic -vascular disease -Hypostatic ulcer -Metabolic and Genetic Disease -Diabetic foot 8. Contaminated wound -infective rate up to 60% 9. Dirty wound -infective rate more than 60% 10. Cancerous wound. 11. Medico legal injury. 12. Puncture wound & Bites. 13. Gunshot injury.
