Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples who have been married and/or co-habiting for over one year 2. Couples who are willing to suspend any other psychological treatment and keep the dosages of psychotropic medication (if any) constant during the study 3. Couples who can identify a significant target memory within the last 12 months with a SUD (Subjective Unit of Disturbance) score of over 5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Separated or begun divorce proceedings •Pregnant •Currently experiencing psychotic episodes •Currently experiencing Interpersonal Violence (IPV)
