Intervention1: Calcarea carbonica 30C: one Dry dose weekly from the day of recruitement till the completion of study or when show reduction in BMI to 0.1. The medicine will be given for a period of 1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with calcarea carb constitution Patients will be screened by using Screening and Monitoring tool for Metabolic Syndrome, Department of Mental Health. Patients with central obesity, Elevated Triglyceride and Blood glucose level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient other than calcarea carb constitution. Patients with elevated Cholestrol and blood pressure.
