Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2) Age between 16-40 years 3) Patients coming with complaints of painful menstruation for at least 3 consecutive cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 . Organic pelvic pathology and Congenital anomalies. 2. Patients with any systemic illness like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension. 3. Patients with IUCD, contraceptive pills.
