Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing Minimally Invasive Micro-discectomy using Awake Spine Surgery Technique in for single level lumbar PIVD 2.Patients who are willing to take part in study after informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient’s refusal to participate in the study 2.More than one operative levels 3.Lumbar spine trauma 4.History of lumbar spine reoperation 5.Spinal or other infections 6.Primary or secondary spinal tumour
