Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1The patient will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, marital status. 2Subjects of the age in between 20 - 60 years. 3Predignosed patient with clinical features and USG showing ureteric calculus of size from 4 mm to 7mm single or multiple calculus will be taken for treatment. 4Patient with grade 2 and grade 3 haematuria. 5Patient with controlled DM and HTN

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Patient with medical cause of haematuria like bleeding disorders, glomerulonephritis, IgA, Nephropathy, Drug induced Haematuria etc. 2Patients of shukrashmari. 3Patient having Renal failure. 4Case which required surgical intervention 5Patients suffering from following conditions K/C/O -HIV, HbsAg -Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus -Uncontrolled HTN -Tuberculosis 6Urine retention:- chronic. 7Severe hydronephrosis, hydroureter 8Parathyroidism 9Pyelonephritis 10BPH 11Any malignancy ï?· Pregnant and lactating women
