Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married Women with history of either primary or secondary infertility. Married Women aged between 20 to 40 years. Tubal factors, thin endometrium. Women with history of recurrent abortion. With either Regular or Irregular cycle. Subjects willing to give informed written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Uterine myoma. Infertility due to PCOD/other ovarian causes. Subjects using OCPills, with IUCD, known cervical factors of infertility. Patients having Carcinoma of reproductive tract. Patients having active inflammatory diseases e.g. Acute PID, STD like HIV, VDRL, HBsAg, HCV and TORCH positive. Patient having Congenital anomaly of reproductive tract. Patients having uncontrolled Hypertension, Type 2 DM, Hyperprolactinemia, Thyroid dysfunction, and any other severe systemic disease. Abnormalities in semen analysis.
