Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. change in lung compliance (dynamic & static) 2. change in atelectasis lung ultrasound scoreTimepoint: - Both parameters at Baseline - lung compliance (dynamic & static) every 15 min for two hours after alveolar recruitment maneuver - Lung ultrasound score at end of 2 hours after alveolar recruitment maneuver

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
tidal volume ETCO2 PEEP SPO2 VIS P/F Ratio Aa DO2 SaO2 PaCO2 PaO2Timepoint: Every 15 min for first 2hours after alveolar recruitment maneuver
