Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants heaving gestational age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unstable neonates ( ventilate) and sedated neonate Neonates with C/I for fentanyl Neonates planned for surgery and neonate with congenital defects, and neurological disfunction
