Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients above 18 years of age 2.Patients admitted to ICU with diagnosis of ischemic stroke 3.Patients willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to ICU without ischemic stroke 2.Patients with history of intravenous thrombolysis 3.Patients who were taking anticoagulants 4.Patients with platelet count less than 1,20,000cells/mm3 5.Patients with pre-existing bleeding disorders 6.Patients not willing to participate in the study
