Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: No History of Intra-Articular Injection of Corticosteroids Over Past 6 Months. Received No Other Kind of Physical Therapy in Last 3 Months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Metabolic, Neurologic or Any Other Kind of Cardiological Issues Planned Hip or Knee Replacement, Hip or Ankle Arthritis Impaired Lower Limb Function Due to Stiff Knee Joint
