Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No History of Intra-Articular Injection of Corticosteroids Over Past 6 Months. Received No Other Kind of Physical Therapy in Last 3 Months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metabolic, Neurologic or Any Other Kind of Cardiological Issues Planned Hip or Knee Replacement, Hip or Ankle Arthritis Impaired Lower Limb Function Due to Stiff Knee Joint

Unlike conventional strength training, neuromuscular training is aimed at improving sensorimotor control & attaining functional joint stabilisation by addressing the quality of movement in all 3 movement.
