Inclusion criteria: 1)having FBS value between 100-125mg% 2)having hba1c value between 5.7-6.4%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)known cases of Type 2 diabetes 2)gestational diabetes 3)Patient under hypoglycemic drugs 4)known cases of endocrine disorders and thyroid problems 5)any known cases of Malignancy
