Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children age group from 08-16 years having clinical signs & symptoms of Childhood Obesity described in Ayurveda classics & modern literature. 2.All patients of both sexes will be considered in study. 3.Obesity due to sedentary lifestyle and dietary habits. 4.Children with Familial tendency of obesity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children age below 08 years & above 16 years of age. 2.Children those are already on treatment for obesity or other disorders. 3.Childhood Obesity due to endocrinal disorders like Cushing syndrome,hypothyroidism etc. 4.A child with a BMI below 85th percentile.

1.EVALUATE THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF GUDUCHYADI YOG AND SURYANAMASKAR IN THE MANAGEMENT OF STHAULYA ( CHILDHOOD OBESITY ) IN 60 CHILDREN 2.CHANGES IN SUBJECTIVE AND OBJECTIVE PARAMETERTimepoint: THE OUTCOME WILL BE EVALUATED ON COMPLETION OF THE DURATION OF INTERVENTION i.e. 45 DAYS
