Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 60 yr. 2. Fullerton advanced Scale: cut-off score 3. Dizziness handicap inventory scale: score >36 (moderate)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Brain trauma 2.Meniere disease 3.Uncontrolled migraine 4.Metallic implant in the head or neck 5.Orthopedic limitations interfering with the study 6.Any psychiatric disorders 7.Epileptic seizures
