Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male age of 45 to 55 years. 2. The range of hypertensive patients ( >140/99mm Hg) to ( 3. Willingness to volunteer to participate in the trail and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension, chronic renal disease, severe HTN. Taking more than 4 anti-hypertension agents. 2. Coronary artery disease requiring treatment with beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers or chronic nitrates. 3. Clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease or malignant tumor
