Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children age 5-14 years diagnosed with acute asthma exacerbation consistent with moderate to severe severity according to Becker Asthma Severity score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with abnormal development of airway ,congenital respiratory disease Children with known history of heart ,liver ,neurological or kidney disease Children with evidence of pneumonia as per WHO ARI classification Children with history of tachyarrhythmia and bradyarrhythmia . Those children whose parents refuse to give consent to participial in study
