Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . AGE 18-70YEARS. 2. PATENTS DIAGNOSED AS CIRRHOSIS DUE TO ANY CAUSE ON ULTRASOUND .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PATIENT WITH TRANSJUGULAR INTRAHEPATIC PORTOSYSTEMIC SHUNT (TIPSS) 2. PATIENTS WITH REACTIVE THROMBOCYTOSIS OF ANY CAUSE (INCLUDING ANY HISTORY BLEED WITH IN 3MONTHS ). 3. PATIENTS WHO ARE ON ANTICOAGULANTS. 4. PATIENT WHO ARE PRESENTING WITH VARICEAL BLEED BUT NO CHRONIC LIVER DISEASE (EHPVO). 5. CRITICALLY ILL PATIENTS IN WHOM UGISCOPY CANNOT BE DONE. 6. PATIENTS WHO ARE NOT WILLING FOR UGI SCOPY OR ULTRASOUND
