Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as Pandu with Hb concentration between 8gm/dL-11gm/dL and indicated for Virechan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Contra-Indicated for Virechan Karma o Acute haemorrhagic anaemia i.e. post-operative, post trauma o Pregnant women and Post Partum females will be excluded o Patients having haemorrhoids, peptic ulcer,malignancy, Thalassaemias,sickle cell anaemia

Reduction in classical Signs & Symptoms of Pandu like Pandu Varna of Twacha, Nakha, Netra (Pallor of skin; nails; eyes),Daurbalya (Generalised weakness),Aayasena shwas(Dyspnoea on exertion),Bhrama (Giddiness),Shirahshool (Headache),Gatrashool(Bodyache),Sadana(Fatigue),Tandra(Sleepiness) Timepoint: 30th & 45th day from Abhyantar Snehapana (Internal oleation)
